Kerry Giles brings 20 years of field management experience to Key Research.  She has worked for a number of research companies and has valuable skills in interviewer training, leadership and development. Kerry adds value to the important process of interviewing by ensuring that it is conducted in such a way as to provide accuracy and reliability of information. Responsibility for the assignment and performance of our skilled interviewers and for management of the day-to-day running of research projects throughout the fieldwork phase ensures that your project remains on track and produces the best insights available through hiqh quality engagement with respondents.
